MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS: Printing by web offset on high quality enamel stock. All artwork must be submitted on a floppy disk, CDrom (Mac HES/ISO9660), Jazz or Zip disk. All non-bleed material must be 1/2î from all sides. Negatives are not acceptable. Color at 266dpi, 133 line screen. Ads, photos and other art should be saved anticipating 25%dot gain.
COMPATIBLE SOFTWARE: QuarkXpress 4.0, Adobe Illustrator (no higher than 6.0 or 7.0 saved as Illustrator EPS), or Photoshop (all versions, saved as EPS or TIFFformat in grayscale, bitmap or CMYK mode). All artwork must be accompanied by a matchprint.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All advertising material shall be subject to Publisher approval. Publisher reserves the right to limit the amount of advertising or reject or revise any advertising.
CREDIT PAYMENT: First payment in advance establishes credit. Subsequent payments due within 15 days of receipt of invoice. There is a 10% discount for signing up for automatic credit card payments, made on the 1st of each month.
: Reserves the right to cease the publication of advertisements upon a default in the payment of any installment due, as well as to invoice the advertiser in an amount equal to the rate shown on the agreement and the actual rate earned as per the rate card. The short rate is due and payable immediately upon receipt of such invoice.
AGENCY DISCOUNTS: Approved agencies will earn a 10% commission, assuming prompt payment by advertiser.
CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations must be received in writing prior to space reservation deadline. Usually five weeks prior to the month of publishing.
